I ended up staying for several extra days and gave up a day at Plitvice Lakes, just to enjoy Stari Mlin. There are waterfalls, ducks, swings, benches, and six outdoor tables scattered around the lovely grounds, with sheep in a nearby pasture in the evening. Even a little gnome adds to the setting. Most guests might not realize how much care has gone into the outdoor space. The hosts were attentive too. When I sat under a tree watching the ducks, someone brought me a cushion. The rooms are wonderful, with private bathrooms and water heaters, comfortable beds, spotless comforters and pillows, flowers on the windowsills, and blinds that make the room completely dark. The two hosts work nonstop and make the place feel like a little bit of heaven. They offer laundry and other services, and my sheets and comforter were bright white. I can imagine a fairy tale wedding here! For the best available prices, email or call to reserve. If you only speak English, email is best. Email: starimlin.korenica@gmail.com Tel: +385 98/93-59-577

The hosts were absolutely wonderful, and the place looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. This was the best Airbnb I've ever rented. Thanks for everything.

It's a peaceful area, great if you enjoy being outdoors, and the service was excellent. The hosts were very nice and went out of their way to help with anything we needed for our 11-month-old baby. The rooms are simple, but we didn't find ourselves missing anything.

It was so peaceful here, and walking all around by the river next to the house was lovely. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very kind. They shared homemade liqueurs, wine, jam, cakes, and cheese with us. A proper rest for body and soul.

The hosts were lovely, and breakfast made with local products was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the place is really quiet. It's not far from Plitvicie National Park. I'd recommend staying here.
