The staff were warm and knew the menu well, which made the meal even nicer. I’d save room for dessert: the pumpkin seed oil ice cream and pancakes with walnuts and wine chateau are both worth trying. For the main course, the braised beef cheeks in wine sauce with gnocchi were outstanding, and anything baked in the baker’s stove, the ‘krušne peći’, is a must. The food was delicious, and the setting is beautiful in summer and when it’s covered in snow.

We came with a large group for a meal and loved the breathtaking views. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We had beef and duck with homemade pasta and potatoes after starting with a tasty beef and noodle soup, then finished with apple strudel. Such a beautiful place! We didn’t stay, so I can’t say anything about the cute little cottages.

Ivan recommended the "Bučnica" and he really knows the good stuff. It was the best I’ve ever tasted, and the service was just as good. The "Štrukli" were pretty good too!

As a Zagorka, I know what good mlinci, purica and strukli should taste like, and I found everything really tasty. The service was polite and the dishes arrived quickly. I don’t understand all the negative comments. I also met the owner and her husband, who seemed like very normal people. We’ll come back.

We had lunch at the restaurant in the middle of July 2025. The food and location were nice, and the other waiter working that day seemed quite pleasant. The service from waiter Txxe, though, was unpleasant for no obvious reason. He went out of his way to be unfriendly to us, while being friendly with other customers. I don’t know what he found distasteful about serving us. Maybe some of us looked local, though language wasn’t a problem.
