Apartments Villa Split

The owner was polite, and the apartment was very clean and prepared well. I definitely recommend it.

Everything was clean, warm, and in its place. You can tell this is a hardworking family who takes the job seriously and runs things professionally. We'd come back when we get the chance.

We felt like we were in an ashtray for two days. The building had a stale cigarette smell everywhere, even though there were no-smoking stickers in the rooms. Every dry towel smelled of old smoke, and the little glass garden by the entrance, where people smoke, was hard to breathe in. The lady who welcomed us was kind, and the place was clean. Still, the accommodation was simple, and it's far from the Villa. I'm not sure where the four stars come from, though the size of the complex doesn't really matter. The bedding needs replacing, and the bathroom drain had a problem.

The kitchen was well equipped, which was useful since there weren't any breakfast options. We stayed for one night before continuing our trip into Croatia. The room matched its description, with air conditioning and a TV, and it was clean and quiet. Everything was fine.
