The location was good, the air conditioning worked great, and the surroundings were nice. There was plenty of rope for drying wet clothes, the bathroom was okay, and the trash sorting was handled well. The hygiene, though, was poor. The fridge was dirty, smelly, and moldy. There were dead, dried bugs and food leftovers in the pots, oil from previous guests in the frying pan, and the pots weren't suitable for cooking. The floor was dirty, with cat hair everywhere, and hadn't been washed since the guests before us. At our request, the owner cleaned it, explaining that this was the cleaning lady's responsibility. There was no oven. The owner promised to refund part of the money because of the low hygiene, but didn't. We also had trouble getting a bill. She said she could only give us confirmation that we'd really stayed there, though that "confirmation" was called a "bill" in Croatian.

The kids enjoyed the huge terrace, and it's a nice place for a holiday. The beach and town Krk are both just a short walk away.

On my twelfth trip to Krk, I can say this is easily one of the area's best apartments and deserves five stars. The landlady is very friendly and speaks several languages. Everything was clean, with air conditioning, a large terrace, and a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Dogs are welcome too. The beautifully maintained, spacious garden has a large barbecue. Although the area is quiet, Dražica Beach and the town center are nearby. The closest shop is 300 meters away, and the center is about 1.5 km away. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. Prices are reasonable for the conditions and quality of service. I recommend it.

The hostess was lovely and clearly cares for the many flowers every day, while also remembering her guests. There's a big fireplace for grilling, plus free parking and WiFi. It's a quiet place, and we were very satisfied with our stay. I recommend visiting.
