The apartment itself isn't what made this our worst stay ever. It was the horrible woman who managed it and ruined our time. Here are the facts, so you can make up your own mind: - The house lady was really unpleasant. - The air conditioning only worked 5 hours a day. Any extra hour cost 0.5 EUR. - When our friends came into the backyard to meet us and walk to the beach together, she came out yelling at them. She was so unpleasant that she took my friends out to the road and said they couldn't come any closer to her place. - At 21:40, she knocked on our door many times and called my mobile phone. She wanted to take our passports and return them the next evening. We weren't comfortable handing our documents over for the whole night and day. She got mad, literally grabbed the passports from my hands, and ran off saying she'd return them the next day. - We paid in local currency, but she made us use a really unfair exchange rate. - Once, after I left the light on for a few hours, I got an SMS asking if I really needed it. - The offer doesn't mention that you have to pay a 100 EUR deposit. - The apartment is very small. - The windows are tablet-sized.

I paid a lot, in cash and upfront, for a tiny, worn-down apartment advertised for three. The owner was unfriendly, and the place had ants and centipedes, uninsulated windows, air conditioning available only for limited hours, and no Wi-Fi. I couldn't stand it there. The worst place to stay on the whole island.

Just a short distance from the sea, this quiet, clean place is surrounded by a genuine little botanical garden that's kept up nicely.
