Apartments Ostojic

Good value, kind hosts, and lovely clean apartments right in the center of Krk. Highly recommend.

Being greeted by the owner when we arrived was an awful experience. As soon as she saw we were workers, she started demanding a 100 euro deposit in case something was accidentally damaged, and said we'd be expected to leave everything as polished and spotless as we found it. Then came a lecture about not smoking inside and not leaving towels on the bathroom floor by mistake. Dear lady, I won't stay in your apartments again, not even in a pinch. There are plenty of hospitable apartment owners on the island of Krk. If we hadn't already paid for the whole week, we wouldn't have stayed for even a second. I suggest hiring someone who knows how to treat people and appreciates the workers who put lunch on your table all year while staying in your apartments. (If you've noticed I'm writing to you in lowercase, that's because an uppercase letter has to be earned through human qualities.)

We only stayed two nights, but were pleasantly surprised. We chose the place for the affordable price and kitchen so we could cook for ourselves, and hadn't expected such a modern apartment for so little. There was plenty of room, a very comfortable bed, and excellent windows and doors that helped with soundproofing. Parking was included, and the owner was very friendly. We'd definitely come back! 👌

The apartment was lovely, with modern furnishings and clean, well-equipped rooms. It's in a great spot for walking to the center and also has good access to the main road. The hosts were kind and helpful.
