The location was good, and the owners were friendly, but our stay was badly affected by insects. We were bitten by bedbugs or something similar in the apartment, seemingly in the mattresses and old furniture. For the last few days, I couldn't undress at the beach or bathe because the marks made me look as if I had a terrible skin disease. We told the owner on the second-to-last day, and she refunded the final night. That evening we mopped with vinegar, ironed the mattresses, and slept on the floor, but I still got new bites. The marks were still on my skin two weeks after we got home. We asked for half the cost of the stay back, since we felt the place didn't meet hygiene standards. After a short email exchange, the agency managing it, Gaber, sent us to Booking, saying that's where the reservation had been made. The apartment is surrounded by a shady garden full of insects that get inside, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. These weren't mosquitoes or flies, but the kinds you find under a stone, quite disgusting. The terrace needs constant spraying with insect repellent. Anyone afraid of insects may find this place difficult.

The spot is handy, near the marina and old town, and the bakery is only a two-minute walk away. The apartment has two bedrooms and four beds, air conditioning, nice furnishings, and a balcony with a beautiful view. It was clean, the kitchen had what we needed to cook, and the internet was good. We could use the washing machine for free. There’s a lovely garden, and parking is on the fully fenced property. The owners live in the house and are available anytime. A little English is enough to communicate well. That's how a holiday should be 🙂👍

A superb view and a 10/10 location made this the best holiday apartment. The residents were very friendly, and the parking is inside the property, behind the garden gate.

The property is fully fenced, which is great if you have small children or dogs. Water is easy to get in town and at the supermarket. Internet was the drawback: there was no proper access, and the neighboring house's signal was so weak that it only worked out on the terrace. They shouldn't advertise this apartment as having Wi-Fi.

It's a small, easy-to-manage place with two separate bedrooms, and dogs are allowed. Everything is within walking distance from its spot on the edge of the old town, including a bakery, supermarket, and the old town itself, about five minutes downhill.
