We ordered from the chef’s recommendations, and the food arrived in about 15 minutes. The dishes looked great and tasted outstanding. My husband said his rump steak was one of the best he’d ever had, cooked perfectly medium-rare and chargrilled, with fries crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. I had Cevapcici, excuse the spelling, nicely presented and made with meat that tasted high quality, also served with fries. It was our first dinner in Krk and a great start to the holiday. Since it was off-season, we arrived quite late, around 8:30pm, and the place wasn’t busy, which made us hesitate for a moment. Glad we went in. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even brought water for our dog. The atmosphere was lovely, and the toilets were very clean. We’ll probably go again later in our stay.

The seafood pasta was rich and filling, and the red sauce had a real seafood kick. Everything, including the octopus, was cooked just right. The tapas were fresh and great too, and the wine was refreshing. They also offered us local shots on the house. Prices were okay, around 20-30 euros depending on the plate. We sat in the outside garden, which was nicely decorated, and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were joyful and kind. Such a magical restaurant, and the food was heaven.

The pistachio soufflé beats the chocolate one! The food was great, nicely presented, and the service had just the right amount of humour for each customer. People were dressed smartly or casually, or clearly on vacation, which added to the atmosphere. Happy to come back anytime, and a special shout-out to Bobo for being so friendly.

The coffee was great, and there’s a really premium little touch in the women’s toilets: a save/fresh-up package. The waitress who served us, with short blond hair, was very nice and professional. A lovely place with excellent staff. That’s what good service should look like.
