Guest House Tonica

We had a small room, but it was comfortable and had enough space for everything, plus a lovely little balcony. It came with a small fridge and kettle, and there’s air conditioning. Parking was easy in the courtyard. Our host was truly lovely, helpful, and spoke excellent Italian. Recommended!

The owners were friendly and helpful. They brought us coffee and fruit when we arrived, then left us to enjoy our privacy. We stayed in a decent-sized studio with a separate kitchenette and a huge bathroom. The terrace was very comfortable and looked over the garden below. The city center was a convenient 10-minute walk away. Recommended.

The garden was well kept and the atmosphere family-friendly. We stayed five nights and had a great time. The owner is lovely and speaks Italian. Our studio felt a bit warm, though it was 36°C (97°F), so I think that’s normal. There’s only a small kitchenette, but the bathroom is spacious and modern. I’d recommend it to a couple looking for a place with basic cooking facilities, like a moka pot for coffee and enough for pasta.

The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and Krk center is just a 5-minute walk away. The smallest apartment has only a kettle and coffee machine, so this is ideal if you just need a place to sleep and will spend the day outdoors.
