Construction work was going on throughout our stay, and it seems like it could have been done outside the season. Also, a 0.5-litre beer for €5.90 didn’t make us want to linger. The high Croatian camping prices we’d heard about from friends and acquaintances were confirmed. Still, it’s a lovely, clean site, and dog owners are welcome. The grassy pitches are beautifully situated and give you some privacy. The toilet and shower facilities were always clean, and the staff were friendly. We’d happily return.

We had two full days on a massive sunbed with nobody on either side, and the sea views are amazing. The park fits a lot of people, so it may not suit you if seclusion and privacy matter most. For us, the proximity to the sea and the views outweighed that, at least for a few days. My husband and I stayed two nights in our camper van. The WiFi was stable, with electric and water connections. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry areas were plentiful, very clean, and well maintained, better than any we’d seen three weeks into a road trip. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant’s pizza was very good, and the pitch was good value for what you get.

The sea was very clean and full of fish, and the staff were friendly. I especially enjoyed the sports programs, including some really intense workouts. The people running them were motivating and knew their stuff. We had a very good time.
