The beaches are sandy, and the water stays shallow for about 150 metres, which worked well for small kids. You can also get a boat ride to another beach, and there’s an outdoor grill to use. The apartment was very clean and looked like the photos. The owners were lovely, parking was right beside the apartment, and the pool was cold but refreshing. I was completely happy with the stay and think we’ll come back.

I ended up not renting the apartment. After I contacted the owner by SMS, he quoted me a higher price than the one on Booking. When I said I’d rather book through Booking, he raised the price there too.

The first impression was really unpleasant. Before registering us or even showing us the place, the host insisted we pay the full amount straight away, despite the advance payment having been made long before. When we objected, he said, "You have more than you need!" and kept muttering to himself. He was rude, arrogant and unprofessional in his communication, shouting and insulting us at times. There’s no visible sign with the apartment’s name. The information about how close it is to the beach and the sea view isn’t entirely accurate. Parts of the interior are worn, though most things were clean, and the toilet inside the room has no ventilation.

There’s a shop, restaurant and beach bar within walking distance, and Nin and Zadar are nearby. The apartment is beautiful, close to the sea and fully equipped. It has Wi-Fi, a grill and air conditioning. I was satisfied with it.
