Apartments Bratus

Good spot, with a view of the sea.

Quiet and relaxing, just what I needed. The attic I rented was clean, tidy, and nicely set up, with a very well-equipped kitchen and a huge terrace. There are three terraces up there, though we only used one. It looks a little like it’s from the communist era, but that didn’t bother me. Promajna beach is 300 meters away, with a fairly well-stocked market nearby that’s open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I took my bike out every morning, and it’s a good spot for that too. Mosquitoes show up at night, so bring some supplies. Boat hire costs 300 euros for a large boat with a license, or 110 euros a day for a small boat with an engine up to 15 km. Arrival time is 40 euros. On the beach, one of the apartments sells homemade rakija and red and white wine for 20 euros, and wine for 10 euros. The stay was fantastic, even if good things go by quickly. Best regards.

The beach is a short walk away in either direction, and it’s a perfect location. Our room was on the small side, with little room for our things, but it was fine for sleeping since we were out most of the time. The rooms have just the basics, which was enough for us. Some people might miss having a few shelves or a proper-sized coffee mug, though.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Beroš in Bratuš, Makarska, Croatia. The people were pleasant and helpful, and swimming in the sea was beautiful.
