Apartments Villa Čizmić

It’s a peaceful place, well positioned for day trips to Baska or Makarska, and the beach is a short walk away. We didn’t mind the walk, especially since evenings on the terrace were so nice. The apartment was lovely and clean, with everything our family of four needed and two bathrooms. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful. They welcomed us with cold watermelon and drinks, then served freshly prepared sprats, cheese, and olives. Our boys really liked them. A good choice if you want to get away from the crowds and spend time with kind people.

The one drawback is the walk back uphill from the beach, about 500-700 meters, though that’s pretty typical around the Makarska Riviera, where most apartments are on a slope. The hosts were wonderful and quick to help whenever we needed something. Our room was clean and roomy, with parquet floors, a large bathroom, and a lovely balcony.

We’ve just wrapped up another holiday here and will definitely return. The rooms are a very good standard, everything is spotless, and the owners are lovely, genuinely helpful people. I’d highly recommend staying here.

So much greenery, and it’s quiet and surrounded by nature. Everything fits together nicely and the place is extremely clean. The hosts are warm and kind. It’s the sort of place you’d want to come back to.
