Camping Perna

The food at the restaurant was tasty and fairly priced, and the staff were friendly. When we found ants in the kitchen, they quickly moved us to a house in an even better spot. The beach works well for surfers and is fine for everyone else, and the camp welcomes pets. We’ve stayed at better campsites, but we were still very happy here. The shop just outside is very expensive. There was no internet at first, and after we asked for it, it only became available the day before checkout, seven days later.

I spent a month here in my van and really enjoyed it. It’s a safe, clean, family-friendly campsite, and a great fit for windsurfers. The SURFI windsurfing school is right there, and it’s the best one! There’s a bar, a washing machine that costs €4, and a playground. Bikes come in handy for heading to Viganja or Orebić in the evening for a restaurant meal or the best ice cream at crocantino.

The beach is only a few steps from the door, with a supermarket just as close, and the windy location is great for water sports. We had a wonderful stay in one of the small houses. It was cozy, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We’d happily recommend the place and will definitely come back.

The mobile homes are close together, but ours was quite clean inside and comfortable for up to four people. The location is good.
