The owner, Branco, was very nice and helpful. It's a big apartment, with a ground area that's okay for children. You'll need a car, though. The beach in Rabbac is 7 minutes away, and food shopping also takes 7 minutes. One thing to know is that payment needs to be in cash. An absolute treasure.

The rooms were clean and the beds super comfortable, and the terrace looks out over beautiful views of Labin Castle. Great hosts. I'd recommend it.
