It’s only a five-minute walk to the beach, and the hosts are discreet, kind, and quick to respond. When something went wrong because of us, they handled it calmly and understandingly, so we could carry on without stress. The apartment was spotless and smelled fresh, with all the kitchenware and appliances we needed, plus clean linens and towels. The house has three separate units arranged to give each family privacy and comfort. This was our second year in a row coming to Savudrija and staying in these same apartments. It really does feel like a little paradise, and we’ll be back for another holiday!

The WiFi was the biggest problem for me. The owner said they knew it doesn’t work in summer, and since I needed internet for work, that was frustrating. They use the service provider’s device instead of spending $80 on an AP and an IT person to install it. It can’t handle more than about 10-12 devices, while the full house usually has around 20, so there’s a good chance you’ll have no internet, and some rooms have no signal. Mobile reception was fine. The microwave was visibly broken for a while, and the owner didn’t respond. She seems to use "viber only"; we don’t, so we usually got no reply. At least they didn’t bother us with messages. The good parts: a nice big garden, a path to the sea, quiet surroundings, and a good location. The house looks nice, clean, and in working order, which isn’t always true in Croatia. It’s simple but comfortable, and the price was good, especially for us booking last minute. If the price is fair and you don’t need WiFi, it’s a good choice.
