The service was quick when we needed it. Our broken drying rack was replaced the same day, which we really appreciated. But the pool was still very cold in late May and early June, so we could only use it a little. We also found a large piece of a wine glass on the pool steps after a few days. No one had been drinking from a wine glass there during our stay, so it may have been there beforehand. That felt like a safety risk, especially with children around. The shower pressure was very weak, making it take ages to rinse out shampoo, and the bathroom drain smelled unpleasantly of sewage. For a couple, the modern, clean upper apartment should work well and has enough for two. We wouldn't choose it again for a family with two small children. We booked in early October 2025 and would have preferred a family-friendly ground-floor apartment. Most other guests were couples, even some who booked much later than we did. One ground-floor unit stayed empty for around a week and a half, and we were disappointed that nobody offered to move us there. The upper apartments were awkward for our family in several ways. The balcony was too small for four, and the table was barely usable. Toys that fell over the edge couldn't be reached because of the lower apartments' overhang. With a curious three-year-old, we couldn't leave the child alone on the balcony. There wasn't enough room indoors for four when the weather was bad. The first week was sunny, but the second was rainy, and we really felt the lack of space. The lower apartments also have washing machines, which are useful with small children. Ours had no washing machine and just a small dishwasher. More flexibility with apartment assignments and a few improvements to the amenities would have made the stay much more comfortable.
