Haus Mirela

We spent three lovely weeks here, and they flew by. We hope to book the apartment again next year if things work out. The two big terraces meant there was always somewhere shady to sit. Mrs. Mirela often brought us pinza cake or anchovies, which was so kind of her. On arrival, the landlady greeted us warmly with cake, and there was wine and water in the fridge for a drink straight away. She also took time to explain how everything in the apartment worked. The kitchen had all we needed, including an espresso machine and freshly ground beans. We also appreciated the big flat-screen TV and very comfortable sofa. The bedroom is on the small side, but has a comfortable bed, a sliding-door wardrobe and its own second air conditioner. The modern shower is spacious. Along with the air conditioning, there’s an alarm system and an in-room safe, and the amenities overall were exceptional.

My parents stayed in this modern, clean apartment while we were just across the hall at Casa Mareti, and having the two places together worked out wonderfully. It has two fantastic terraces, and the landlords are very friendly and speak some German. We’d happily stay there again.

A very welcoming family, excellent facilities and superb accommodation. Always worth the trip.
