There are two terraces, which was handy: one downstairs with a grill and a larger one upstairs off the bedroom. Both stay shaded, probably nice in July, but I like the sun and got cold out there. The front door and lower terrace open right onto the parking space and street, so we had to watch our dog to stop her running in front of cars. The apartment was quite spacious, though not the newest. The upstairs bedroom was cozy and very nice, but the kitchen area was small and I had trouble making a proper meal.

We’re back for our fourth stay in a row, and it’s fantastic again. The apartments keep getting renovated, the pool is great, and the location is quiet with parking right outside. The landlady and her whole family are just wonderful.

The landlady was absolutely lovely, and we had a wonderful time. The holiday apartments are beautiful, with a fantastic, thoughtfully designed pool area, sun loungers, and parasols. We’ll definitely return.

We were so happy with our two weeks at Villa Istriana. The landlady was lovely, the pool was beautiful, and the apartment was comfortable, with a terrace and barbecue. We’d love to come back.

The owners were so kind, and the apartment was spotless. We loved the pool and the great location. Nothing to complain about, they were wonderful!
