The apartment looked lovely inside, with plenty of space for our family of four and beautiful views. We were there for three nights with our children, aged one and four. Even so, this ended up being the worst part of our trip because so many things made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The crib didn't arrive until the second night, and when it did, it was broken and unsafe for our one-year-old. There were no hand towels or anywhere to hang towels, no bowls, and no coffee despite the nice kitchen. We also had to chase down the Wi-Fi password. The water heater failed after 18 hours, leaving us with cold showers for the rest of the stay. Management didn't reply for 24 hours, despite messages through Booking.com and our attempts to find someone in person at different times of day. The maintenance person couldn't fix it. When we arrived at 10 pm, the apartment was over 30C. With the curtain rods blocking all the windows, we couldn't open them during our stay, which isn't what we want in the Mediterranean. It took over an hour with the AC units running full blast just to cool things down. Someone clearly spent a lot making the place look nice, but it feels like the people running it haven't thought through what it's like to stay there. We hope the owners fix these problems and respond with updates.
