Galboka Residence

We had a lovely stay at Galboka Residence and will definitely be back. The apartments are beautifully decorated and have everything you need, and the pool is a great place to relax, with comfortable beds. The owners have thought through every detail, and the whole place is beautifully put together. It's a peaceful oasis with a laid-back pool area and a well-stocked honesty bar. You can take the kayaks and paddle boards out for a free morning or afternoon activity. I'd definitely try the breakfast one morning.

The beach is close, and this was our best vacation spot yet. There's a bar, an outdoor kitchen, a garden, a pool, and a jacuzzi. The apartment has everything you need for a family holiday. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for free. It's really amazing here.

We visited in mid-September, just outside high season, and it was a great choice for enjoying the island. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The hotel is a small cluster of houses or bungalows, a few hundred metres from the sea, about a 5-10 minute walk. Our spacious ground-floor apartment had two terraces and a lovely view of the landscape behind it. The design felt classy, minimalist, and modern, with high-tech equipment and everything needed for cooking, even though I'd expected something more like a hotel room. The bed was so comfortable, and the bedroom felt romantic and cozy. It reminded me a bit of Bali or Thailand. The pool was the highlight, even on a chilly evening. There was a self-service bar with coffee and cookies, all included in the room price. Breakfast was one of the best I've had recently. Just be ready for mosquitoes, though that's nothing to do with the stay itself.
