Villa Roza

The covered outdoor kitchen became part of our daily routine, with a magnificent mountain view, and the heated saltwater pool was fantastic. Villa Roza was clean, beautiful, and finished to a high standard. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom: two have double beds and one has twin beds, with extra sleeping space on the living room couch. The house is well equipped, and the host was friendly, helpful, and flexible with check-in and checkout, restaurant tips, and sightseeing. A small supermarket is just behind the villa, about a minute away on foot. Larger shops take around 5-15 minutes by car. The airport is within 20 minutes, the nearest beach is 15 minutes away, and Zadar is about 20 minutes away. It’s a convenient base for driving to places and taking excursions. We’ve already stayed at Villa Roza twice, and would happily recommend it to families. The hosts are kind and helpful, and the house is spotless and orderly. It’s in a quiet area, with a lovely outdoor space and a pool that’s a good size.

We went in May, and the weather was already lovely, though it did get windy now and then. Having a heated pool was especially nice. The owner and his wife were very friendly and always available. The house has everything you need, including a few indoor and outdoor games, so we barely needed to bring anything. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, relaxing beside the large pool, sitting under the gazebo, grilling, and listening to the swallows. It’s a fantastic villa for a week or two.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. The finishes are exceptional, and the house is carefully maintained and very well equipped. The pool was lovely, and the host was welcoming and had great advice about the area. We’ll be back!
