The living room is the one real plus: it has a lovely view over Rijeka and the sea, and opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs. In the second-floor apartment, though, the Wi-Fi only works in the living room and drops out elsewhere. The bathroom water is lukewarm rather than hot. Heating comes from electric heaters and air conditioners, and in autumn or winter you should expect about half the rooms to be cold.
