Only 26 steps separate the apartment from the sea and sandy beach. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a dishwasher, and I was amazed to find a gas stove in an apartment for the first time. The shop and pub are both a three-minute walk away. The hosts were wonderful when we arrived and when we left, and everything was as it should be. Korčula itself is stress-free, with peace, quiet, the smell of the sea and pine trees, and lots of sun. Lumbarda doesn't offer many activities, but it has what you need for a holiday, plus the wineries if you want more. 😀

A wonderful choice for a family, with very friendly and helpful owners. Everything was clean and nicely decorated, and we loved the terrace and view.

There's a construction site just 5 meters away, and nobody warned us. After 36 hours of hearing a motorbike, drill and grinder, we wrote to them. They already knew about it, because they listen to every conversation from their apartment above ours. The apartment is supposed to be 50 square meters, but we measured 25. The TV is smaller than a monitor, and there aren't enough cabinets, not even enough for 1.

We'd definitely come back. The house is beautiful, right by the sea, and has everything you need. We recommend the hosts!
