Stone House Gregov was a lovely base for a week in summer. It sits amid picturesque hills and greenery, and the rooms were spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and had beautiful views. The house mixes rustic character with modern amenities, and I especially liked relaxing in the cozy living room after a day out. We spent our days hiking, swimming in the sea, and having picnics in the countryside. There are trails, small villages, and attractive scenery nearby, while local sights were close enough to visit without feeling rushed. In the evenings, the terrace was a peaceful place to watch the sunset with local wine, crickets in the background and stars above. Gregov and his family made us feel at home. They were attentive and welcoming, offered useful tips on places to visit, and suggested local restaurants we enjoyed. The whole stay felt comfortable, tranquil, and full of local charm. I left refreshed and inspired, with memories I'll hold onto. I can't recommend Stone House Gregov enough and hope to return. For a summer getaway, it's a hidden gem, whether you're after time outdoors or a chance to relax.

The host clearly takes great pride in the guest house and all his plants, which give the place so much charm. It’s a lovely spot for a restful holiday by Croatia’s clear water.
