The neighborhood is really quiet, and, like Croatia as a whole, very safe. The location is great, and the apartment had everything we needed. I stayed for five weeks and it felt like home the whole time. Marija and her husband are wonderful hosts, always ready to help with anything. Apartment Lulu is such a nice place that, if I return to Makarska someday, it will be my first choice. I can't claim to know every apartment in the city, since that's impossible, but this really is the best place to stay, especially for a longer visit. Totally recommend it, 12/10. That's not a mistake, it deserves more than the scale allows!

The owners welcomed us with chilled juice and fresh fruit, and were so kind and hospitable throughout our stay. The modern apartment was spacious, clean, and tidy. We had a perfect summer vacation here. All praise for apartment "LULU", highly recommended!

From August 15th to August 27th, 2021, I stayed in this spotless apartment with modern furniture and very good equipment. There were plenty of towels, all provided. On arrival, the fridge had fresh fruit, drinks, and a bottle of good wine. There was also coffee for the espresso machine and candy on the dresser.

We enjoyed the apartment so much that we added one more night. It was furnished in a lovely, practical way, and we could easily walk to both the beach and harbor.

We found #Apartment Lulu and it was beautiful. Everything matched what we'd been told and expected, and then some. We were honestly blown away. This year we came to #Makarska on the recommendation of several wonderful people 🇭🇷, and by fate or a lovely coincidence, we met people we're very proud of. Marin Kuran Marija Kuran, thank you so much. We recommend these wonderful people wholeheartedly 💞🇭🇷
