The location is so convenient, with the old town, city center, and Gradska Plaža all close by. There’s a bakery about 50 m away and a grocery store around 60 m away. Parking is available too. The apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. It has a double bedroom with a balcony, a children's room with a single bed, balcony, and TV, plus a living room that sleeps three. The open kitchen has a large dining table and all the kitchen utensils we needed. There’s also a balcony with a lovely sea view, and the bathroom has a washing machine. Mrs. Ivanka and Mr. Damir were very kind, accommodating, and helpful. We felt at home right away. The price for what you get is unbeatable, and we’ll definitely return. Highly recommended.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this apartment left me feeling more disgusted than anywhere else I’ve stayed. The city is beautiful, the area is nice, and the accommodation itself was basically fine. The owners were the problem. We were surprised after reading so many positive reviews, and honestly wondered if they were about different people. They were unpleasant and rude to us from the start. The hostess told us off for having an ordinary daytime conversation on the balcony. Worse, she came into our rooms without knocking or asking permission, and this happened more than once. It felt like a complete lack of respect and privacy. There were other unpleasant incidents too: a scooter was left blocking the entrance, and nobody responded when we said we couldn’t get inside. There was also some kind of waste on the stairwell. The owner never told us where to take the rubbish, either. She explained everything by shouting. If you want a peaceful, pleasant holiday, I wouldn’t choose this place. Even checking out was unpleasant: the woman literally snatched the keys from our hands. A very disappointing experience. I honestly can’t recommend it.

The sea is about a 10-minute walk away, while the nightlife area is just a minute from the door. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the kitchenette had everything. The owner was friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here.

Good value for Makarska, with a convenient location. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were nice.
