The owner and the girl were hospitable. Our room was on the second floor, very tidy, and had a balcony with a perfect view. It was around 20 square meters, so there wasn't much space for all our things, but we managed by using the balcony and wardrobe. We were happy staying here for five days. The beach was just 50 meters away, and restaurants, grocery shops, and bakeries were about 100 meters away. There's no reason to give this place less than five stars. I'd recommend it to everyone. By the way, the owner also makes “Śiliwowica” (Croatia Vodka) and small lavender bags to keep the room smelling nice. They make good souvenirs for tourists and nice gifts for friends.

Milena is a very pleasant person who makes a real effort to host her guests professionally. We received excellent service, and the beach was about 200 meters away. Free parking, too. Definitely the best place we've stayed!

We booked A4 from August 12th to 16th and were very satisfied with everything. The owner was friendly and kind, greeted us with cold drinks, and even gave us a farewell gift when we left. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and fully equipped. It's in a great location, very close to the beach, and the best accommodation in the area for the price.

The little shop next door is handy for holiday basics, and its prices are better than the beach shops. We stayed in a quiet, clean place with air conditioning, a fitted kitchen and bathroom, which worked really well for our family. The beach is only 2 minutes away. We came by taxi from Split airport, though parking is available if you bring a car. The hostess was very friendly.

We felt at home in the spotless apartment, especially with its big terrace. Milena was so welcoming, and Villa Jarak made a great base for exploring Makarska. We'd happily stay again.
