The location is very good, the hotel rooms were clean and good, and the restaurant staff were kind. But be careful about the “FREE PARKING” claim. The parking is public and doesn’t belong to the hotel, and it wasn’t free for us. We had to pay 14 € because nobody told us it was only free until 07:00h in the morning.

The food, views, and atmosphere are all great, and I found the prices reasonable. I’m from Canada and wish we had a place like this back home. I think they have the best pizza in town, and the service has always been great. Can’t wait to visit again.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, not even for a coffee. The waiter brought the wrong order, and because of our food intolerances we couldn’t drink it. Even so, they aggressively and arrogantly insisted that we pay for it.

We stayed at Hotel Biokovo for 10 days in August 2024, and it was a terrible experience. After driving 1000 km over 10 hours, we arrived to find no parking spaces, despite being told there would be enough near the hotel. We saw other guests asking about parking too, and they were repeatedly told every space was taken. The room was dirty, and 3 out of 7 lamps didn’t work. I asked reception every day to fix them, but it took 7 days. One man at reception ignored my requests and walked out during our conversation, telling me to handle it myself. A woman who was sometimes there in the morning eventually sorted out the lamps, and this one star is for her. The stay cost far too much, there was no compensation for the problems, and the way guests were treated was poor. Absolutely no recommendation for anyone.

The waiters were incredibly rude, and the service was terrible. It’s a terrible restaurant. There are plenty of nicer places to eat.
