I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The owner sorts guests into favored and less favored groups based on nationality, and tightly controls their stay, even setting rules for when people can swim. His wife was polite, I’ll give her that, but my experience with the owner was enough to put me off.

We had booked and paid for the apartment in advance, but after we asked why the pool in the building was off limits, the owner said he didn’t need guests like us and tried to throw us out. He was angry and aggressive, and wouldn’t let us use the pool. There was someone on duty by the pool. I can’t recommend the place, though the owner was also friendly.

The views were lovely, with the sea on one side and mountains on the other, and the rooms were clean and looked after. The housekeeper was kind and attentive. But the host shouted at guests and children, was irritable, and expected everyone to stay quiet. We were allowed to use the pool for only a few days before he banned us and kicked us out. He watched us constantly, so it was hard to relax as a family. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The owner said several times that he doesn’t like Poles. He put out tables for a barbecue, but when we sat down, he told us they were for guests, not for us. Then he sat there himself and made sure we couldn’t barbecue. I don’t recommend it, even though he can be nice and polite.
