The sea view from the terrace was a highlight, and we enjoyed breakfast there while watching the sunrise in a peaceful setting. The apartment is close to the beach and the center of Makarska, while still in a quiet area. Inside, it’s modern, stylish, comfortable, and spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and thoughtful touches. MARIO made the stay especially welcoming. He was warm and quick to respond from our first message, greeted us with a smile, shared good restaurant and local trip recommendations, and was ready to help whenever we needed something. We had a perfect stay in this luxury apartment and would definitely return. If you’re coming to Makarska and want comfort, luxury, and a host who takes good care of you, we’d recommend it. Best regards, the guys from Slovakia.

We really enjoyed staying at Luxury Aparthotel. The beach is quite a way off, so it’s best to plan ahead and avoid having to make a return trip. 4/5.

The beach is a bit far and the walk uphill, but the price makes it well worth it. The place itself is modern, and the apartments are fresh and clean. The pool is clean and well looked after, and there’s a nice bar with normal prices. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

From the main terrace you get a beautiful panorama across the whole Makarska bay. It’s a new, comfortable apartment with new facilities, everything fully equipped, and comfy beds. The friendly owners clearly prepared it with care and joy. We got a warm welcome, and check-in and check-out were easy.

It’s built to look really luxurious, but most basic facilities are missing. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent. The towel rails kept falling off the bathroom tiles, as they were glued on, some basic kitchen utensils were missing or damaged, and the fridge was very noisy. The person who said they were the owner was rude and refused to fix the problems. Beware!
