Makarska Touristik Apartments

Our group of eight had already booked flights when Makarska Touristik contacted us about the villa we reserved through Vrbo. They confirmed the booking, then ten days later emailed to say the listed price was wrong and the real price would be more than double, an extra £5k. I understand mistakes happen, but when I asked for help finding another place, they said they had nothing else and refunded the initial payment. Since the problem was entirely theirs, I expected them to at least try to help us find somewhere to stay. Not impressed.

We had a great apartment at Villa Danica in Promajna, and the staff made sure someone was there for our late arrival. A special thank you to the owner, Mr. Dugandzevad, who brought restaurant food for my wife and me after midnight, when orders were already closed, despite fasting for Ramadan. He was a true gentleman. Thank you again, sir!

Makarska Riviera is beautiful and well worth a visit :) They offer lovely villas and apartments, and you can also rent a boat or scooter or book different trips.

Miro and Lea have been so helpful every time. I have to say this is the most professional tourist agency service on the Makarska Riviera. A big thank you to them!
