We stayed with our three children and were very happy with the apartment. It was clean and nice, and the sea and mountain views from the balcony were beautiful. The beach is nearby. After paying, you need to leave a €150 deposit, which is refundable when you depart. The photos show the view from the balcony. I'd recommend it.

The sea here is amazing, and the apartment layout and views of the sea and mountains were good. Still, I'd definitely tell people to choose somewhere else. The €150 security deposit, which had to be paid to get into the room in case of possible damage, was never returned to me. I'm still trying to get it back, and it had been two months since the holiday. WhatsApp communication was a disaster: a bot kept promising all sorts of things, but nothing got done. The sink wouldn't drain properly. I asked if someone could fix it and was told they'd come in the morning. The WhatsApp bot kept saying the issue had been escalated to management, but that was the end of it, and the sink stayed blocked for the rest of the holiday. The balcony looked amazing but couldn't be used. It's right above the main road up to Veliko Brdo and most of the apartments and accommodation. From 7 pm to midnight the noise was so loud we could barely hear each other talk. Since the road climbs uphill, motorcycles and mopeds kept passing, and the noise was unbearable. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, and the unit in the hallway points toward the kitchen and living room, so the bedroom wouldn't cool down. There was no dishwasher or washing machine either. The place is really uphill, which makes it a tough walk with children. Communication with the accommodation through the bot was terrible.

The house was clean, parking was free, and there's a supermarket next door. But the slope makes the walk to the sea take 10-15 minutes, then 20-25 minutes back uphill, with quite a workout. Cars going up make it very noisy, and there is no washing machine. They also charge another €150 after you pay on booking.
