The grounds feel wonderfully peaceful, like staying in an olive grove, with no cars or noise. There’s lots of space and parking, the sea is nearby, and the pool is large. You can stroll along the promenade in either direction for as long as you like. Families have plenty to do, from the gaming and play rooms to challenge evenings, a jumping area, and water slides. The little houses feel private, and even the ones without balconies have a very handy clothes-drying rack. Housekeeping was excellent, and the reception team sorted out every question or request right away with a smile. Thanks for making our holiday so good. Breakfast and dinner have a huge selection, and breakfast runs long enough that you can also have lunch for free. A few things could be better: the food selection may be too large, and I’d prefer fewer dishes made to a higher standard. It would also help to show allergens beside each dish. There are quite a lot of sunbeds, but with so many people, adding more would be useful. Still, it’s a great hotel and stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

There was so much to do for adults and kids, with sports courts, several playgrounds, pools for different ages, water slides, and plenty of shade from the trees. I also appreciated that pets are welcome. Meals were excellent throughout the day, with lots of choices. The staff made the stay especially nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after. The whole property was spotless. Even the toilets by the pool and reception seemed to be cleaned every ten minutes. Parking was easy, shaded, and close to our room. A relaxing, fun place with everything we needed. I’d happily return.

The food was a real bright spot. There weren't as many choices as I've seen at some other hotels, but it was hard not to find something to eat. The meat was mostly cooked very well, there were plenty of sides, and I especially loved the flavorful pizza corner. Drinks at dinner cost extra, unlike at breakfast or brunch. A tip: they're cheaper at reception than at the bar. The setting was the best part for me, right by the beach, with a big garden, kids' play areas, a pool, and slides. The mountain view was breathtaking. The rooms, though, were a huge disappointment. As someone visiting from Romania, they brought back memories of the communist period: old, refurbished dorm-style rooms that may not suit everyone. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with barely room to move, and the shower was a nightmare for us. There are no elevators either, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs if your room is on the third level. In the end, it was a pleasant stay and worth the money.

The facilities were clean, safe, and practical, and the staff were kind to children. The man checking room numbers at breakfast and dinner was always smiling and especially sweet with the kids. He reminded me of my father. This hotel works really well for parents with children aged 2 to 13.
