I got there at the stated check-in time, then had to wait outside the apartment for 2 hours without anyone giving me any information. It was a really bad experience, and the receptionist didn't apologize for the inconvenience.

Best apartments.

The shower cabin was coming apart, and my child nearly had it fall on their head. We also had cockroaches, and the hygiene was awful. For an apartment meant for 5 people, there was just 1 spoon and no pan to cook something for the kids. The air conditioning didn't work, and there weren't any garbage bags either. We'd previously stayed in an apartment for 4, but there weren't enough beds and one couldn't be pulled out. I asked them to bring a yoga bar so my child would have somewhere to sleep. It took 2 days for them to bring it. What a shame this is what they're selling. I was a guest, and it was just yuck.

The parking situation spoiled the stay. We chose this apartment because it offered parking, but once there, we found we'd have to play Tetris with the other guests. The owner said he'd find a solution after we called, but the vacation ended and we're still waiting. His wife was incredibly rude. When we raised the parking issue again, she said we were annoying, had only caused problems, and that she didn't need our money. We still don't know what problems she meant, unless asking for our own parking was one. When we said we were leaving early, she didn't even look at us. The place is right downtown, with a large terrace, and the apartment was comfortable for three, though nothing special. The bathroom could use an update. There was a note on the bathroom door saying how often the bathroom, bedrooms and other areas were cleaned. It was supposed to be cleaned every day, but nobody came in. The refrigerator barely had a freezer and didn't cool properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!
