The host was friendly and helpful, and kindly let us check out a couple of hours later after we paid him a few euros. Having a parking spot outside for our rental car was a bonus. Villa Rubcic is close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, all just a few minutes away on foot. Our apartment was a decent standard for the price and location, though it wasn't the most modern or luxurious. It had two bedrooms, a bathroom, a combined kitchen and living room, and even two balconies. Everything was clean and smelled fresh.

I hadn't been to Croatia before and wasn't sure what to expect, but the apartment suited us well. It was clean and fresh, had good air conditioning, and a nice view of the beach a few hundred metres away. The owner was also very nice. A couple of things could be better. The pans were hard to fit on the small stove at the same time, and a mattress topper over the spring mattress would make the otherwise nice beds softer.

The owner was super friendly, and the rooms were big and clean. It's really close to central beach. We had a great stay and hope to come back!
