Apartment Dina with pool

The area was peaceful, and the house had its own heated pool. We had a really lovely time and would definitely come back. Thanks for having us!

Don't be taken in by the photos. The place was neglected, with a blocked shower, dirty walls, cobwebs, furniture coming apart, and an ash-covered grill. The pool only started working after we got there. There were bloody pillows on the terrace, and the cupboards were so dusty and dirty we didn't unpack our clothes. The coffee machine was basically a bin full of old grounds. Then they tried to charge us 80 euros for supposed cleaning. The owner's daughter put on a show of inspecting the place, acting friendly while clearly trying to get money out of us. Worst rental I've ever had.

The worst part was finding bloody placemats on the patio chairs. The bedding and towels were old, scratchy, and smelled bad, and the kitchen cupboards were dusty. There were coffee grounds in the uncleaned machine, ash all over the grill, and the pool water was dirty from the start. The plants hadn't been cared for either. The entire house felt filthy, with cobwebs, dust, and old appliances everywhere. Then the owner charged us 80 euros for cleaning up dirt that was already there when we arrived. The owner's daughter walked through the rooms smiling as though she were inspecting a hotel. This is an unfinished, neglected building, not a vacation home. Never again.

The €80 cleaning charge was outrageous when the house was already filthy on arrival. I stayed there from July 14th to July 25th as a paying guest, and we found webs in every corner, dusty furniture, stained walls, a blocked shower, old sheets and towels, and bloody cushions on the terrace. That's what it was like, whatever the online photos show. Now you're insulting guests and trying to blame us instead of taking responsibility. If moving a TV onto the terrace for one evening, then bringing it back when asked, makes me a “Gypsy” to you, I'd rather be a Gypsy than a dishonest host running a filthy property and trying to silence criticism with personal attacks. Improve the conditions in your house and you won't need to worry about bad reviews.
