We accidentally left behind a valuable large towel after using it as a blanket on one of the French beds. I asked the agency we booked through to help get it back, but they told me to contact the cleaning team myself. We had a contract with the agency, and the cleaning fee was 30 euros per apartment, so I expected them to help with this. I was disappointed. It was a small request, but the company didn’t help us.

The place was lovely, and we liked everything about it. It's a quiet area, with free parking, and the beach is close. You can easily walk into the busy center, and there are restaurants, pastry shops, and bars nearby. We'll be back.
