The balcony view is famous for a reason, and the apartment is right by the beach in a peaceful spot. The owner was friendly and helped sort out everything I needed. Having a restaurant just outside is a big plus. The equipment is older but still works, and it was enough for sleeping and cooking.

That evening view from the terrace was lovely, and the freezer compartment in the fridge was handy. The price is very reasonable, so the place was good enough for us, though it needs a lot of attention. The location is hard to beat, with everything easy to reach. The little bar and snack bar on site didn't bother us. The owner was nice, but the property urgently needs renovation and modernization. We couldn't lock the apartment because we weren't given a key. Cleanliness was just about acceptable and could be much better. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and a leak somewhere around the shower drain kept the bathroom and hallway wet. The AC worked well but was only in one room, and there were no mosquito nets. We didn't use the gas stove. It looks very run down and urgently needs to be reconnected. At night it was often noisy, with teenagers or beach parties. At this price and in such a prime location, some compromises with the furnishings are to be expected.

Such a beautiful setting, and the landlord and his family were kind and always ready to help.
