Frajona Apartments

After 1.5 hours at the beach, we came back to find every windshield wiper raised and our car blocked in. We'd parked in the lot by mistake because there was no sign saying it was private. I contacted the hostess and apologized, but she insulted us. I offered money, and my boyfriend even suggested flowers, but she wouldn't let us out. I only speak English, not Croatian, and apologized several times. She told me not to look at her strangely and kept insulting me. We called the police after half an hour. They tried to speak with her by phone, but she insulted everyone and refused. Two hours later, with rain and thunder starting and the police about to arrive, she moved her car and let us out. According to the police, we had accidentally parked in her space. The hostess physically held us back and blocked our way, which is clearly illegal in Croatia. I came away with a very poor impression of her. Happy people don't act like that, in my view. I'm sorry this happened, and I wish her all the best.

We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Croatia. The apartments are modern, the staff were polite and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around and enjoy activities. The owner was lovely too, and their Frajona wine is top quality. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were kind and helpful. The best part is the winery downstairs, where you can buy all kinds of their own Frajona wine. The location in Malinska is lovely, just a minute from the sea.

The owners were so friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely week over New Year's Eve. Good location, a nice view, and clean rooms with everything we needed. Thanks for a great week.
