Mariza made this my best stay in Croatia this past week. She welcomed us with a big smile and two very cold Croatian beers, and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. It's a small, lovely town away from the crowds, just north of Split airport, and one of the best beaches is only a three-minute walk away. There's free parking and a little kitchen with a stovetop, though no oven. There isn't a proper grocery store in town. I'd definitely recommend the place and the host.

We had everything we needed at Kaskade, and the beds were comfortable, so it felt like a home away from home. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, with a lovely beach nearby and a great view from the balcony. Mrs. Marica Papic was quick to respond from the time we booked, shared useful local tips, and made checkout easy. The whole stay went smoothly and was comfortable. Five stars all the way.

Even with our last-minute booking, Mariza greeted us warmly and was helpful throughout. The spacious, clean apartment had the amenities we needed, plus parking, air conditioning, and an outdoor terrace. It's close to the beach, although you do need to cross the main road. We found the kitchen equipment a little sparse and missed having a coffee maker. Highly recommend! 👏👏👏

We've stayed here twice as a family and would happily come back. The owners are so kind and friendly, and the apartment is always clean and tidy. There's a nice garden and barbecue area, with a great view, and the beach is close by.
