Don't book here if you want to avoid a ruined holiday and a lot of frustration. The worst part was the bedroom. The mattress was torn all over, you could feel the springs, and the bed creaked terribly. A large duvet had been laid across the whole mattress. The air conditioning barely cooled and didn't work effectively. It ran for several hours without cooling the apartment, and the hot bedroom didn't get any cool air. When we reported the AC problem to the agency, the housekeeper came straight into the apartment without knocking. That was unacceptable. She said she'd paid 20 euros for the service, everything was fine, and she wouldn't do anything. WiFi barely worked and only in the living room. The landlady didn't speak English. She repeated the same phrases, and when we asked questions, either didn't answer or said she didn't understand. The apartment wasn't comfortable, and she was constantly nearby, on the terrace or stairs, which made us feel watched. A few times we left something by the doorstep to see if anyone had been inside while we were out. Someone had entered and turned up the AC. We can only guess who. Parking is along the building, and one space has a steep driveway that's not shown in the photos. With a car at normal height, it was hard to park without scraping the underside. It seems suitable only for SUVs. Our check-in was for 2:00 PM. We deliberately traveled overnight for 15 hours and arrived at 9:00 AM. We asked the hostess if we could use the restroom before going to the beach, but she was outraged we'd arrived early and refused. She told us to go to the beach and return at 3:00 PM when the apartment was ready. After that long journey, her lack of understanding and hospitality surprised us.
