We've visited for the second time and felt very welcome. The accommodation is clean, cosy, and has everything you need for a holiday, and the host family is so friendly. Someone wrote that communication wasn't good because the host wasn't there, but that hasn't been our experience. When they're away, we always get help through WhatsApp, or they come by to help us.

The village was nice, and we ate very well at Konoba Leut Restaurant. The apartment itself was nice too, with a beautiful view and a bathroom straight out of the 70s, in orange. Communication was difficult because the host wasn't available, and her grandma seemed very nice but spoke neither English nor German.

The communication was unreliable and frustrating. She ignored booking requests through the website and didn't answer messages. Once I agreed to a date, she raised the price by 20%. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

We were meant to leave for Croatia on Sunday, but on Saturday we were told that the woman was cancelling our reservation. You just don't do that. I can't recommend it :(
