It’s an okay place, and a nice house overall, but there are a few drawbacks. The first-floor bathroom is tiny, and the shower has no curtain, so the floor ends up wet all the time. Also, don’t be noisy or the owners may come into your room. They actually entered the house without knocking.

Medulin is a beautiful place in Istra, and the location is great. Apartman Jančić is very nice and exceptionally clean.

The hosts were so kind, and we really enjoyed our experience. It’s tidy, well located near the city, and works well for a family with children. We’d come back! 🥰😇

We especially enjoyed the two lovely terraces and how child-friendly it was. The service, housekeeping, and amenities were all perfect.

A really lovely apartment, clean, quiet, and well equipped, with two bathrooms too! The owner speaks English, Croatian, and German. There’s free parking in front of the house, and the apartment has air conditioning. Everything felt very well cared for. I’d recommend it wholeheartedly :) :) :)
