We spent nine nights here during the holiday season. Our apartment didn't have a balcony, but it did have a covered terrace. The host was very kind, and everything we needed was close by, from the exchange bureau and supermarket to restaurants and the beach.

The apartment was furnished in a modern, tasteful way, and the landlady was so friendly.

The landlady was lovely, and the apartment was clean and had everything furnished nicely. It's right in central Medulin, with lots of good restaurants just around the corner and the sandy beach nearby. By the pool, though, you can hear the street pretty clearly. Sitting outside in the evening also meant smelling the next-door restaurant's barbecue the whole time. That's not really something the landlady can control.

The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. The apartment had a furnished terrace and good privacy, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of parking, too. The pool area was neat and had sunbeds, tables, and umbrellas, all well equipped and tidy.
