Apartments Baresic

The location worked really well for us. The apartment is about 1 km from Medulin Beach and the shops and restaurants, so we could walk out for food, drinks or shopping in the evenings without being right in the middle of the crowds. Our room had a bed, dining table, balcony and small kitchenette, which was enough for us. The rest of the house was clean and well cared for too, and there was Wi-Fi and a washing machine if needed. The owner was very nice, the key handover was easy, and she showed us around our small, simply furnished apartment and suggested some lovely, quieter beaches nearby. We felt welcome and thought it was good value, so we'd book again.

Lidl and Plodine are right next door, which was handy. The main beach is beautiful, though getting there takes about 15 minutes on foot, and there's plenty of parking there. The landlady was friendly and helpful, and the grill with its dining area made for a nice evening barbecue. The apartment itself had air conditioning, a TV, comfortable beds and balconies, with everything we wanted for a holiday. Highly recommended.

We've stayed here once already and know where we'll go for our next Croatian holiday. The family are so welcoming that it feels like visiting friends, and they speak excellent German. There's free parking in front of the building, with a brand-new Lidl across the street for groceries, beach supplies or things for day trips. The apartments and the whole building are well equipped and cared for. With a car, you can easily get to the area's beautiful beaches, including Kamenjak, which we'd recommend. For us, that made the value hard to beat compared with paying three times as much for a place right by the beach. The harbor promenade is about a 20-minute walk away. See you next time, greetings from Franconia!

Right across from Lidl and Plodine, the location was fantastic. I booked at short notice and found the landlady very nice; she speaks excellent German. The apartment was very clean and had everything, including a cooktop and coffee maker. Highly recommended.
