We had a good stay in the ground-floor studio, though it's small and has only a few cooking utensils for the induction stove. The host had it clean and left us towels. The location was a little inconvenient because we were close to the entrance gate. It got noisy and distracting, especially at night.

The apartment is in a beautiful spot with plenty of parking. It was quiet at night, and only a short walk from the Riva.

We were really pleased with our stay. The owner was warm and quick to help whenever we had a question or ran into a problem, and the beach was only a few minutes away on foot. The studio has an outdoor table and benches under a kiwi tree, which gives it a nice, authentic feel. Inside, there’s a double bed, wardrobe, TV with internet, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and a hob with kitchen utensils. Towels for hands and bathing were provided, and the air conditioning was already running when we arrived, which was lovely. The kitchen worked well for cooking, though there’s no oven. The bathroom is small but well laid out, with a boiler. We found it best to switch it on about an hour before a shower for warm water. The door squeaks a little, but it didn’t bother us.
