6/10
The outdoor area was very nicely done, and parking right in front was convenient. A chain secures the parking area automatically, and the landlord provides the remote. The apartment is in a central spot, close to the beach, a small supermarket, and the nightlife area. The kitchen is very well equipped, though the apartment itself is cluttered. What really upset me was the black mould in the bathroom shower. As someone with asthma, I consider that unacceptable, especially since there was no information about it. There were also lots of mosquitoes in September, particularly in the evenings, so bring spray.
