The location is handy, with the beach and town center nearby, plus a supermarket and bakery only a two-minute walk away. There’s parking in the courtyard of a very nice complex. It’s a modern ground-floor apartment, and the shade may suit you if you want to stay cool in midsummer. I found it too dark, though, because of the trees, bushes, and small windows, so it won’t suit anyone looking for a sunny place. It also needs repairs: some sockets hang out of the wall, and a few baseboards are broken. I missed having a broom and dustpan or a vacuum.

I left my car ID in the apartment and asked the woman I thought was the owner to mail it to me. She said that was no problem and that I could pay the courier. A few days later, when I asked whether she’d sent it, she said she wasn’t the owner and gave me the actual owner’s number. He didn’t answer or read my WhatsApp messages. It’s been two months and I still don’t have my ID. I strongly advise against staying here. The woman turned out not to be the owner, and I feel she lied to me.

We stopped here while passing through and were really pleased with the apartment. The landlady was very nice, and the location, about 400 meters from the harbor, was outstanding. It’s a great area to explore by bike. We’d happily come back.
