The salty water pool was a real plus, and breakfast was good too. The staff were very kind and always smiling, and the price felt fair for the quality. Getting around inside the building was confusing, though, and the windowless, narrow corridors made it feel like being on a ship. The spa and wellness weren't working during our stay. Only the steam spot was running, but there was no actual steam. The pool itself is lovely, but someone should keep an eye on it: lots of youngsters were making noise and jumping in, which was dangerous for other swimmers.

The only good thing was the view. I paid 600 euros for one night in a 28 m2 suite during the season, and it felt like a joke or a hidden camera. There were two ultra-small rooms, rusty bathroom fixtures, an empty hand gel dispenser, no shower gel, rodent droppings on the balcony, mold on the air conditioning vent, and dirty dishes at breakfast. I was even more shocked to find out the hotel is in the Radisson group. How can the quality be this poor? It was the biggest disappointment for the money wasted. There's more, but if I continue, someone might think service this bad is impossible. I'd call it super dirty.

Breakfast had a good variety, but this hotel absolutely isn't four-star quality and definitely wasn't worth the price. The rooms were filthy, and the floors and carpets made sleeping there feel disgusting. During the four days we stayed, no proper turnaround was done. They only put a few small towels in the bathroom. Dirty glasses stayed where they were, and the beds weren't made as they should be in a four-star hotel.

The sea-view rooms look exactly as you'd hope, with the sea straight ahead. There's a lovely walk along the water to restaurants and bars with music and other entertainment. The indoor pool is huge, and the other pools are big enough too. The four-star hotel is very clean and deserves its rating. Parking gets a bit overcrowded. Sunbeds on site are free, though towels appear on the chairs as soon as you wake up. We usually preferred the ones by the shore, available most of the time, for 20Euro for two beds and an umbrella. At least there's a sea breeze there. Drinks and snacks are a one-minute walk away. Most beaches are pebbles and rocks, so water shoes are a must. You can buy them in many shops, or find pairs left behind at the hotel by people who've gone home.
